I have a question about choosing a sauna
Start with the relevant guide. Most of the questions we get already have an article that answers them more thoroughly than an email reply could. If you’ve read the guide and still need help, write to us at hello@saunacentral.co.uk with the size of your space, your budget, and what matters most to you (heat type, indoor vs outdoor, how many people, running costs). The more detail you give, the more useful our reply.
I want to enquire with a specific builder
Don’t email us — go to the builder’s profile in our UK builder directory and use the enquiry form there. Your enquiry goes straight to the builder, with our editorial admin copied for support purposes. They’ll typically reply within 1–3 working days.
I’m a UK builder — I want to list in the directory
We’re actively adding new UK builders. Please email builders@saunacentral.co.uk with:
- Your business name, website, and service area;
- The kinds of saunas you build or install (barrel, custom cabin, indoor, etc.);
- A short bio, logo, and 3–5 portfolio photos if available;
- Any relevant accreditations (NICEIC, MCS, FENSA, gas safe — whatever applies).
Basic listings are free. We’ll review your submission and reply within a week. If you’d like to be considered for a featured or premium tier (higher visibility, full profile photo gallery, “Send enquiry” CTA on the directory map), mention that in your email and we’ll send the current pricing.
I’ve spotted an error in an article
Please write to editorial@saunacentral.co.uk with the URL of the article and a line about what’s wrong. We correct substantive errors prominently — see our Editorial Policy for how we handle updates.
