SaunaCentral.co.uk is operated in the United Kingdom. We provide editorial content, product guides, and a directory of UK sauna builders. We are not a sauna manufacturer, retailer, or installer ourselves. Contact details are on our Contact page.

All content on SaunaCentral.co.uk is provided for general information only. It does not constitute professional advice in any of these areas:
- Medical advice. Articles about the health effects of sauna bathing are not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified clinician. If you have a medical condition (heart, blood pressure, pregnancy, anything else), speak to your GP before starting regular sauna use.
- Electrical or installation advice. Articles about wiring, heaters, planning permission and installation are written to help you have an informed conversation with a qualified electrician, builder, or planning officer. Always have electrical work signed off by a Part P competent person.
- Legal or financial advice. Nothing on this site constitutes legal or financial advice.

The Find a Builder directory
Our UK builder directory lists independent third-party businesses. SaunaCentral does not provide the products or services those businesses sell, does not control how they operate, and is not party to any contract between you and a builder. When you submit an enquiry through a builder profile, your enquiry is sent to that builder and you are then in a direct relationship with them.
We do basic checks before publishing a builder profile, but we cannot vet every job that builder takes on. If you have a dispute with a builder, please contact them directly first. If you can’t resolve it, let us know so we can review their continued listing — but we are not a party to the underlying contract and we cannot mediate, refund, or compel performance.
